Shipping
Every piece on Available Works is a one-off, made and fired by Kelly in her own studio. There is only ever one of each, and the price shown on the piece includes shipping anywhere in Australia.
What you are buying
One piece of hand-made stoneware, photographed as it is. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Because these are made and glazed by hand, small variations in surface, colour and form are the work rather than faults in it. The photographs on each piece's page are of that exact piece, not of a sample.
Shipping
Free, Australia-wide, on every piece. There is no delivery charge added at checkout and none owing afterwards.
Pieces are packed by hand in the studio and sent within five business days of your order, by a tracked courier. You will get an email with tracking when yours goes out. Allow up to a fortnight for delivery to remote areas.
Orders can only be placed from an Australian address.
Payment
Payment is taken by Stripe, on Stripe's own checkout page. Kelly's studio never sees or stores your card details.
Your receipt comes from Stripe by email as soon as the payment clears. Keep it — it is the record of the sale.
